She asked me if I “could sum it up nicely?”

“Sum it up nicely?—No. I can sum it up quick and truthfully, though,” I replied.

I pointed to her head and heart and said, “you got a bunch of fucking shitty old tenants living in there rent free.”

I then pointed to my heart and said, “My heart deserves better than a fucking sublet”

and I walked
