Edge forward
By Karen Mooney

Lean in to the night when you are weary
embrace the darkness
envisage a new horizon
not one as a shadow cast in daylight

At the frontier of now look beyond
listen for the gentle voices
know that you are not alone.

Step through the threshold of might
Muster the courage to run
to fall, roll, rise and repeat
as you edge towards your own reason.

Let your world find you.
