and you can

with someone
else’s father
if need be
and mothers
often bake
for strangers
like you
who must
accept
as
brothers
and sisters
those who
do not look
like you
now that
you are foreign
even to
yourself
a billion
possibilities
are pleased
to meet you
so come out
come out
whoever
you are
