Tick Tock
By Laura Zucca-Scott

The clock is ticking
At the end of a long day
Where all certainties
Are lost

Many battles
Yet to come
So many tears
Still to shed

I would be lost
Without your smile
And the future
Just a rubble

My Dad once told me
A clock is a gateway
To infinity
And possibilities

Today
It is your laughter
My chance
For hope

One Response to “Tick Tock”

  1. So sorry for your loss. I know Paul is your chance for todays laughter.
