Turn off the sound and ask a question
that resolves the circumference of
the polluted seas deep down in Texas
or yellowing in a heart hardened by
alcohol and years of cholesterol wrapped
in a sesame seed bun served up
over on Burnside at the new deli
that you’ve just got to go with me to see.
