Those We Love
By Anannya Dasgupta
I embraced
depth and distance
Even thought to have
fathomed
my longing
only
to find myself
floating on a vast sea,
where we
were all still several islands
separated by the thing
that connects us.

A lovely way to say, it’s a small world.
Love it.
