Black Woman Please …

Black woman please,
don’t give up on me.
Black woman please,
try to see
that I do value thee.
Black woman please,
don’t judge us by a few.
Black woman please,
allow us to love only you.
Black woman please,
strengthen my stride.
Black woman please,
walk by my side.
Black woman please,
continue to be my child’s mother.
Black woman please,
believe me when I say,
I will accept no other.
Black woman please,
give me a smile.
Black woman please,
stay with me for a long while.
