Among the cold, gray towers
the seagulls cry their raucous song
and the day grows long in shadow–
sorrow’s mournful dirge rising
in the snowy sky.
But, loss is only an illusion …
… for with every ending,
there is another beginning–
an energy exchanged between
that which ends on one plane and
the inception of life anew on another.
Do not grieve,
for all is a continuum
of which we are all a part.
Listen to the symphony of life everlasting,
and know that they go on …
… within you,
… within the Creator,
… within the created,
Unending …

Nice poem. I thought I liked the first paragraph the best, then the second. No, I like the message and the flow of this.
